At Madwool, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how to request a return or refund in different situations.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return & Refund Process
To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

Step 3: Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

Step 4: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
3. Return & Refund Conditions

3.1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order. Be sure to include pictures of the defect or damage, along with your order number.
We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional cost, or offer a full refund, including shipping fees.
3.2. Item Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time (standard 5-7 business days or express 3-5 business days), please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
We will investigate the shipping status and provide you with a resolution, which may include re-shipping the product or issuing a full refund.
3.3. Wrong Size Ordered
If you received your order but realized the size is incorrect, we gladly offer exchanges. Simply initiate the return as outlined above, and once we receive the original item in its unused condition, we will send out the correct size. Return shipping costs for wrong sizes will be the responsibility of the customer.
3.4. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing [email protected].
Orders canceled within 24 hours will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation is made after the order has shipped, you may return the item according to our standard return process once it arrives. Return shipping costs in this case will be the customer’s responsibility.
